I've ran 3 marathons including the Boston Marathon.
I've raced multiple short course and olympic distance triathlons and have won several age group awards.
I finished my first Ironman Distance triathon Ironman Florida in November 2004 in 11 hours 15 minutes.
Training for long distance events has kept me ready to respond and kept me slim. It a lifestyle and not a diet as far as dietary habits go. I'm not a supplement guy. I have nothing against them I just probably haven't found the right ones yet.
