Current Gold Medalist in Powerlifting at the World Fire Games, two time National Champion, Masters division for USAPL and Silver Medalist at the World Masters Powerlifting Championship in October 2003. My current goals are to bring the Gold medal home for the Toughest Firefighter Alive competition in August and to win the World Masters. I train to enable me to maintain good job performance. Training also allows me to handle stressful situations with greater ease.
